Thank you for considering me for your commission! Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before commissioning me.-The client must be 18 years or older to commission me.-I reserve the right to decline any commission request.-Clients must provide descriptions of what they would like, and references for the commission.-I, as the artist, retain full copyright over the commissioned artwork. Including, but not limited to, the rights to use it in portfolios, to promote my commissions with it, and to post it on my social media profiles. I will NOT resell the commissioned artwork. I do not offer private commissions. (Meaning I will most likely post any commissions I create.)-All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Using any artwork commissioned from me for commercial use, and/or profit is not allowed whatsoever. Reselling the commissioned artwork, or using it for advertising is not allowed. I do not offer commissions for commercial use.-Using the commissioned artwork to train generative AI (Artificial intelligence) is not allowed whatsoever. Using the commissioned artwork to create NFTs (Non fungible token), or as an NFT, is also not allowed whatsoever.-I will make three revisions during the sketch for free. Any revisions after the first three will cost additional fees. (Additional revision fees are 30 dollars.) I cannot make any revisions once the line art stage has begun. If I make a mistake when drawing your original character’s design, I will make free edits to fix it. (I will not make full revisions for free after the first three, only edits to fix design mistakes are free.)-The first half of the payment must be made upfront, and the rest of the payment upon completion of the artwork. I must receive the other half of the payment before I send the finished artwork. Or, I will accept the full payment upfront.-I cannot give refunds once I start the commissioned artwork. However, If I am unable to finish the commissioned artwork for any reason, I will refund you.-Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate cancellation of the commission. If you do not agree with one or more of the terms and conditions above, I will not be able to draw your commission. But, I still thank you for considering me!Commissioning me indicates that you have read, agree to, and will comply with all of the terms and conditions above.
